        Shingles can however also occur during childhood, but it is noted almost exclusively in children whose mothers presented a chickenpox during pregnancy or in children who developed chickenpox before the age of 4 years or who are immunocompromised.The localization of vesicles on the thorax (intercostal zoster) is the most frequent (50% of patients in case).   • Increase volume of glands (glandular swelling).
  • Eruption of "closets" in varying numbers, located in the area of skin corresponding to the nerve reached, whose beginning is a simple reddening of the skin.
  • Thrust vesicles containing a liquid (the same that causes chickenpox) whose appearance is classic half-belt.
  • Wilting vesicles in 2 to 3 days.
  • Appearance of a crust formed and persists for ten days before falling.
  • A depressed area and depigmented (white scar) follows the crust.
